Ms. Eslinger received her Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law and completed extensive advanced taxation law classes at the University of Washington School of Law. She worked in the project finance group at Chadbourne & Parke, a New York-based law firm, in the 1990's.
Ms. Eslinger received her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Hawaii. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Eslinger worked in the real estate and finance fields for many years. Ms. Eslinger was born in Hong Kong and speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
