Estate Planning & Probate

Probate; Wills & Trusts; Power of Attorney; Health Care Directives.
Hourly rate of $425 or a standard fee with a capped time limit.

• POA: $800 (single/2.1 hours cap), $950 (couple/2.5 hours cap);
• Will & POA for an individual: $1,050 (3.0 hours cap);
• Wills & POA for a couple: $1,350 (3.5 hours cap) to $1,650 (includes tax planning/4.3 hours cap).
• Living Trusts: hourly. Please contact our office for details.

Real Estate

Purchase & Sale Agreement; Title Review; Transfer Deeds; Real Estate Dispute; etc..
Hourly rate of $425.

General Practice

Hourly rate of $425.

Doris Eslinger

Attorney

Ms. Eslinger received her Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law and completed extensive advanced taxation law classes at the University of Washington School of Law. She worked in the project finance group at Chadbourne & Parke, a New York-based law firm, in the 1990's.

Ms. Eslinger received her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Hawaii. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Eslinger worked in the real estate and finance fields for many years. Ms. Eslinger was born in Hong Kong and speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.

Legal Insurance

As of April 13, 2026, Eslinger Law Office no longer participates as a panel attorney with MetLife Legal Plans. If you have MetLife legal insurance and wish to work with our firm, please email Doris@EslingerLawOffice.com We will provide general information, based on our understanding, regarding how to submit a claim to MetLife for reimbursement of your legal fees.

ELO accepts ARAG legal insurance for Estate Planning. The legal insurance covers the drafting of simple Wills (or Living Trusts for those who needs it), Medical and Financial Power of Attorney, HIPAA Authorization and Health Care Directive regarding life support.
