Eslinger Law Office is a small law firm by design so that every aspect of our service is carried out with the utmost care and integrity. Our objective is to provide our clients with excellent legal service. Eslinger Law Office promises to respond to your inquiries promptly, conduct thorough legal research, keep you informed during the course of the legal matter, and to provide you with sound legal advice, at the same time keeping our overhead and your cost low.

Estate Planning & Probate

Probate; Wills & Trusts; Power of Attorney; Health Care Directives.
Hourly rate of $425 or a standard fee with a capped time limit.

• POA: $800 (single/2.1 hours cap), $950 (couple/2.5 hours cap);
• Will & POA for an individual: $1,050 (3.0 hours cap);
• Wills & POA for a couple: $1,350 (3.5 hours cap) to $1,650 (includes tax planning/4.3 hours cap).
• Living Trusts: hourly. Please contact our office for details.
• Probate: hourly.

Real Estate

Purchase & Sale Agreement; Title Review; Transfer Deeds; Real Estate Dispute; etc..
Hourly rate of $425.

General Practice

Hourly rate of $425.

Doris Eslinger

Attorney

Ms. Eslinger received her Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law and completed extensive advanced taxation law classes at the University of Washington School of Law. She worked in the project finance group at Chadbourne & Parke, a New York-based law firm, in the 1990's.

Ms. Eslinger received her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Hawaii. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Eslinger worked in the real estate and finance fields for many years. Ms. Eslinger was born in Hong Kong and speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.

Legal Insurance

We accept Western Conference of Teamsters Legal Service and ARAG Legal Insurance.

Eslinger Law Office no longer participates as a panel attorney with MetLife Legal Plans. If you wish to work with our firm, you will need to file a claim with MetLife for reimbursement of your legal fees.
